 Alliance is certified by the manufacturers to offer the following services to wireless handset customers.
--- In-Warranty repairs at no cost to customers and 48 hour turnaround.
--- In-Warranty Original manufacturer batteries and defective accessories are replaced also at no cost.
--- Software upgrades.
--- Mail in program.
--- Out-of-warranty repair work at nominal cost (broken antennas, LCD displays, broken flips etc.)
--- *Loaner phones available for walk-in customers.
--- Phone book transfer from a damaged phone to your new phone.
--- Unlock GSM phones for Nokia, Motorola, LG, Sony-Ericsson, and Samsung.

All work performed by Alliance meets CTIA and Handset Manufacturer requirements. Alliance offers a 3 month warranty on all non-warranty repairs, and honors manufacturer's warranty on all in-warranty repairs.
